How to Make a Reservation
You can add this service up to 24 hours before departure:
- When making your booking online
- After making your booking via the “My Booking” section
- At one of our sales office
- Through your travel agency
Since Lounge Access is subject to availability, we encourage you booking your access in advance.
Lounge Access is available only on flights operated by Aircalin and for customers travelling on an Aircalin flight with an SB flight number.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to use this service.

The rates shown in the different currencies are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations. Access is subject to availability. This service is not available for departures from Port Vila and Wallis.
Guests of our subscribers customers benefit from a preferential rate with a 25% discount on public rates, limited to a maximum of two guests per member and subject to availability.
** On flights SB500 and SB501, the Lounge Access service includes access to the transit lounge in Bangkok, in addition to access to the lounge at the departure airport.

The terms and conditions
Who can buy a Lounge Pass?
All passengers* travelling in Economy or Premium Economy Class on flights operated by Aircalin, and customers whose Aircalin flight number starts with SB, are eligible.
*IMPORTANT: Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to enter the lounges.
When can I access the lounge?
Lounge access is available only on the day of departure, at your departure airport, from check-in until boarding, for a maximum duration of 3 hours.
The Hibiscus Lounge at Tontouta opens 2 hours 30 minutes before departure for flights to Paris, Bangkok, Singapore and Papeete, and 2 hours before departure for flights to Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Wallis, Nadi and Port Vila.
Can I invite someone?
Lounge Access is valid for one passenger only and is non-transferable. If travelling as a group, each passenger must purchase their own Lounge Access.
Are children allowed in the lounge?
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to gain access to the lounge. The lounges reserve the right to refuse entry if this condition is not met.
The Lounge Access fee is the same for children aged 2 and over as for adults.
Is access guaranteed?
Lounge Access is subject to lounge capacity. To ensure the best availability, we recommend booking it as soon as you purchase your ticket.
Can I get a refund for my lounge access?
Your Lounge Access is reserved exclusively for you. As such, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another passenger.
Can I access the lounge whilst in transit or on arrival?
Lounge access is available only at the departure airport. For flights SB500 (Nouméa–Paris) and SB501 (Paris–Nouméa), you also benefit from complimentary access to the transit lounge in Bangkok (Miracle Business Lounge).
